We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. After booking, my WhatsApp will be made available.

The apartment is very cozy, well decorated and certainly very comfortable. You can do most things on foot, there is no need for a car, everything here is close! such as the beach, the Bardot waterfront, the statue of the 3 fishermen, Rua das Pedras. On the waterfront you will have access to the most popular beaches!! Quiet place that offers what you need. There are good shops with a pharmacy, markets, greengrocer, snack bars, restaurant. We don't have a garage, but we have a very safe street.
