A beautiful large lounge with 65" smart tv, refrigerator, microwave oven and lovely garden views. The bright and spacious bedroom is compete with a superking bed and 50" TV. There is an en suite toilet & shower, complete with a spacious walk in wardrobe. Our property is located in a quiet countryside position but close to the M58. Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

Sleeping 5, the bright open-plan living space is perfect for relaxed family stays. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite, plus there’s a family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Outside is a peaceful, private garden. There’s plenty of parking and we’re just a short walk to Ormskirk town centre and nearby Aughton Park train station.
