Tiny Home. Very private. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of land surrounding. Separate driveway And huge lot area. Dog Ok. NO CATS New, extremely comfortable Queen memory foam/gel mattress in the bedroom and brand new Queen memory foam mattress in the pull out couch. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.

This is a guest house located on the northwest side of Tucson Arizona. The views of the mountains to the east and sunset to the west is wonderful. The home is cozy and private and wonderfully located in the middle of multiple stores, eating establishments, biking, hiking and golfing. We're just south of Oro Valley in a safe community with easy access to just about everything.

Soak up the Arizona sun by the huge private pool on a full acre with plenty of native desert plants and wonderful mountain views or stay cozy inside the air conditioned 1700 sq ft home reading. Near the Sonoran Desert and Sahuaro National Park. Wood burning fireplace inside and a fire pit in the backyard for your enjoyment during our "cold" days.
