Situata a pochi minuti di auto dal centro storico, dal Teatro nuovo Giovanni da Udine e dalla stazione dei treni, raggiungibili facilmente anche in autobus (Linea 4), che avrete a poca distanza. Inoltre avrete facile parcheggio libero sulla via e nelle vicinanze è presente un fornitissimo supermercato LIDL. Una posizione strategica sia che siate a Udine per affari che per svago.
