Basement apartment of 45 m2 with private entrance, room, bathroom and kitchenette with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The bed is 140 cm, so you can book 2 guests into the place. The cozy frames are created with clean conditions and low ceilings. Access to garden and free parking on the residential road. 400 m to the beach, 2 km to Riis forest, shops outside the door and 5 km to Aarhus. 1500 M to the light rail and 200 m to the city bus. Free parking on the residential road. The host lives in the house upstairs the apartment.

Delicious Villa by the beach & close to Aarhus C

Uniquely located 170 meters from the most beautiful and best sandy beach in Aarhus. Perfect combination of holiday with beach and city. The house is stylish and well laid out for a wonderful family holiday where you can listen to the waves on the terrace, play football, jump on the trampoline in the large garden and rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower. The heart of the house is the lovely newly renovated kitchen-living room where you open onto a cozy terrace. Please note that you must bring your own bed linen & towels.

Newly built house from 2021 with a lovely garden with trampoline, sandbox and a sunny terrace. The conservatory extends summer evenings. The terrace has a garden set, lounge set, barbecue and fire pit – perfect for cozy moments. The spacious kitchen/family room has a dining area for adults and two junior chairs. The house has two bathrooms, three rooms and a playroom with the possibility of bedding. The two bedrooms have double beds, the third a sofa bed, and office space. Carport with free parking for several cars.

Mini kitchen with sink, fridge incl. mini freezer and dining area. 140cm wide bed and possibility of weekend bed for a child. Possibility of 2 additional guests on the sofa bed. Free parking in front of the house as well as the possibility of charging an electric car for a fee. PLEASE NOTE Laundry only possible in town at Audes Laundromat for a fee. You can relax in the hot tub of the house or soak up the sun on one of the house's terraces or on a blanket in the undisturbed garden. The grounds are fully fenced so you can with peace of mind let animals or children explore. In the large living room you can play on the professional pool table or relax with a movie/series on the 65 "SmartTV. It is 7-8 minutes by car to a small sandy beach at Hesteskoen.

Luxury beachfront villa in Aarhus

This is a very unique place to stay on one of the most quiet roads in Aarhus near the beach and forest. The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires. We rent for some weekends or when we go on holiday - please write us if you have any questions.

Lovely cottage close to beach and town

For the family who wants to be close to everything. The centrally located cottage has a fantastic view of Kattegat, and a short distance to shopping and restaurants etc. With 3 rooms and a large bathroom you can be up to 6 people in the house. The large bathroom has space for a wheelchair for shower and toilet visits. Only 110 meters down the closed road is the lovely child-friendly beach. Here are small waves, shallow water. & 20 m. to a Water park.
