Small, cozy, practical, perfectly located apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair upon request. Dogs are always welcome with me!

Im letzten Jahr ist auf unserem 3-Seiten-Hof zwischen Rostock und Warnemünde ein moderner Neubau entstanden. Wir sind selbst eine junge Familie und haben zwei Wohnungen nach unseren eigenen Ansprüchen an eine Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Kindern eingerichtet. - Wlan /Glasfaser vorhanden - Magenta TV incl. Zugang zu Netflix, Disney+ u.a.

The quiet 56 sqm apartment with underfloor heating is located directly on the promenade, which invites you to stroll, drink coffee and enjoy wonderful food. The lighthouse and beach are about 1-2 minutes away by foot. The vacation home with a modern bathroom and complete household equipment offers a double bed and a sofa bed for up to 4 people. A baby bed can be added if necessary. Linens and towels are included.

Cozy little apartment for two people. The apartment is located in a residential building, which is about 15 minutes by bike from the tranquil spa town of Warnemünde. The wide sandy beach and the Baltic Sea can then also be reached quickly. The apartment has a parking space for a car. The garden of the house is also available. Wi-Fi and bicycles are also available.
