Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.

Perfect apartment in every way to accommodate our small family, whether it's its location (close to the train station, 2 minutes from the garden of plants, and close to services: transport, food), its amenities (umbrella bed, high chair, children's games and dishes, washing machine & dishwasher...) or the welcome and excellent communication with WeHost. I highly recommend this listing! And we'll come back if we need a place in Nantes again:) Thanks for everything!

This was a perfect spot for us to explore. We rented a car and being able to park was important. It was really easy to follow Julie's instructions to check-in and to find the parking space. The apartment is perfectly curated for a comfortable stay. If you don't have a car, the bus line out front also takes you directly into the city centre.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment with a pleasant terrace and decorated with taste. Well located with all the useful shops within walking distance as well as transportation to reach the hyper-center quickly. Nicolas gave us a great welcome. I would recommend it in a second!

Being a few times in Nantes in the year we were able to take a few accommodations on the site, Marie-Victoire's is our favorite! Away from apartments that can be impersonal, on the edge of the hotel (no judgments if that's what you're looking for!), this home is welcoming and filled with beautiful energy. We'll be back for sure.

This place is as described. It is very well furnished, there were 3 of us (couple with child) and we felt comfortable. The apartment is very well-equipped. The only downside was check-in because Airbnb didn't provide the additional information that the owner gives to help with check-in. Fortunately, the owner is very responsive and did what was necessary to guide us. Thank you so much, we had a lovely weekend.

Building more than a little old. On the other hand, everything was in the apartment: optimal equipment, all kitchen appliances and utensils were excellent. Nothing is missing. Very nice contact with Michèle. I recommend this rental a quarter of an hour walk from Bernerie-en-Retz, a charming and dynamic village. I enjoyed the diversity of the types of beaches, some rocky and some sandy. During the summer season a shuttle can bring you back if like me you had overestimated yourself by planning a round trip on foot to Pornic😅. In short, it's that I'll come back one day.
