The basement apartment has its own south-facing patio and a nice garden bordering the forest. Two large bedrooms with closet and TV with chromecast as well as living room with sofa bed and armchair. Simply furnished but still functional. The kitchen has everything you could want which also includes dishwasher and washing machine.

For those of you who are interested in golf, Oskarshamn's attractive golf course with a large newly built restaurant is only 10 minutes from here. Guided kayak tours can be offered for an extra fee.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Of course, there is TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.
