The whole house was newly renovated in 2024. There are two parking spaces on the property, so it is possible to bring a boat if you are going to fish in Mönsterås Bay. No parties and smoking inside.

Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth speaker. Bicycles are available to borrow; it's only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the town centre. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.
