Chris's house was perfect for a weekend getaway, offering a great location for fishing in the Yankton area and a relaxing stay at the house. The place is very close to town if you need anything, and Chris checked in daily to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Chris! I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for us to stay. We were hunting near by and the view is great. House was clean and had everything we needed.

This is a new home with great views. The house is all on the second story. We were visiting in the winter so we did not spend time outside- but there is a big wrap around deck. Bedrooms are all the same size (no fights over who gets the master) 😉 The kitchen is well laid out for cooking. All in all a great home base.

Good place to stay was kind of hard with the boat and the drive way but we could have parked down in the grass so that’s on us but the place was great

Lennon and Richard are great hosts, very considerate and generous. They left my group a big bowl of trail mix just because. They installed a heater in the breezeway because they know we keep the dogs out there and they can get very cold. And they make it seemlike they enjoy us staying at their place as much as we do. We love coming here every year.

I have stayed in Brad's houses many times. He is awesome! He always checks in on us to see if we need anything. House is clean and well stocked, with everything you need. We for sure will stay at one of Brad's house's again!

It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with well-lit streets, which made us feel safe and at ease. Check-in was super easy and smooth.
