Since my little grandchildren are visiting the apartment from time to time, the apartment is quite childproof and contains some children's toys.

Friendly attic apartment

The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (about 15 minutes). Downtown Osnabrück is about a 15 - 20 minute walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment you use your own shower room and kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a box spring bed (width: 140 cm) and a sofa bed (width: 100 cm). We, the hosts live in the same house and are available for questions.

Our 60 sqm flat is located in a residential area of Lechtingen at the foot of the Piesberg and only 15 minutes by car from Osnabrück city centre. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a mid-terrace house and was completely renovated in 2021. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, balcony, WiFi, Netflix and Disney+. It is perfect for holidays or business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people.

This beautiful non-smoking apartment is 39 square meters and is located in the attic on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It has one bedroom, a living room with dining area, a kitchen and a small bathroom with window. My place is good for couples and business travelers and visitors to the university/college.
