You live in a wooden house of approx. 95 sqm built in July 2019 from sustainable building materials with individual facade design and many small artistic and creative details - with wooden floor and partly with clay walls that provide a pleasant indoor climate It is an animal- and smoke-free house - it is allergy-friendly, The accommodation is located in a holiday home settlement. It has a garden with a rounded south terrace. On the comfortable terrace furniture, an umbrella and a barbecue can be found. In the house you will find 8 sleeping possibilities - you can choose your bed. It has 2 bedrooms and an open sleeping area under the roof with a large window for observing the starry sky - accessible to the brave and teenagers via a ladder. The bathroom with shower, stone sink and mosaic tiled bathtub is opposite the bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a large living area with a handmade kitchen, a dining table and a living area (sofa bed) to relax. In the hallway below the stairs you will find a guest toilet and a stone sink. A relaxing time for you

In the beautiful Münsterland is the picturesque lakeside village of Hörster Heide. Our new half-timbered house is located directly on the edge of the forest in a cul-de-sac location and offers 85 square meters of living space and a sunny garden. The lake is steps away. The accommodation is the ideal starting point for walks, bike tours (100-castle bike route, Ems-Rad-Weg) or for excursions to the most livable city of Münster (27 km), to the horse stronghold of Warendorf (10 km) or to the place of pilgrimage of Telgte (10 km).

Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature, yet only a 20-minute bike ride from the Prinzipalmarkt. The cottage is located on a 1000m2 plot and offers direct access to the Werse. The protected landscape area is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor swimming pool you can swim, the cycling and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.

In our cozy half-timbered house on the pilgrimage route with a direct view of the canal, you can watch and enjoy the sunrise, the tranquility of nature and the passing ships. Whether a city stroll through the historic old town of Münster, a hike through the Teutoburg Forest or a bike ride along the canal, the beautiful Münsterland offers great opportunities for day trips and relaxation from everyday life. Our new vacation home, completed in 2024, offers the perfect break from everyday life. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, guests enjoy absolute privacy and a relaxed atmosphere without unwanted visitors. The house is modern and comfortably equipped and offers everything needed for a relaxing stay. Here, peace and relaxation in your own retreat is the top priority. Our house is within walking distance (about 3 minutes) of the lake/beach.

Relax with the whole family in this wonderful, newly renovated cottage with bathtub and enjoy the large, secluded garden with a partially covered terrace in a very quiet location. A soccer goal and sandbox are in the garden, four playgrounds are within walking distance. You can use all the highlights of Lake Alfsee (water skiing, trampolines, go-karting, etc.), as well as the extensive sauna area "Alfen Saunaland".
