We went as a family to spend the Easter holiday and the house was extremely smelly and clean, in addition to everything organized! The house is just like the pictures and the location is very good. Gilson's communication was great, too!

The house has space and good accommodations for all guests (and there were many of us), many fans for the high temperatures, the house is extremely ventilated, a magnificent outdoor area, quiet place, close to Barra de Imbe… but the big difference is the hosts, kind, proactive and made us feel at home. Airton and his wife are our hosts, they gave us all the information we needed for a perfect stay, their apartment is impeccable, it has a wonderful view, the sunset is a spectacle apart, the view from the living room is beautiful. The employees of the condominium (gatekeepers) extremely gentle and educated, we were always in and out of the condominium, and every time we passed through the gatehouse attended us with kindness and education. Anyway, I only have to thank you, and I highly recommend this place. I will definitely return.

Rudy was a great host, super helpful, left everything to our liking, super organized and clean place, the entrance is shared with another AP, but it is super private, without any problem with other tenants, in addition the ap is very well equipped, has everything you need to spend a few days, very close to the sea too, Rudy was flexible about our pets, as we have two shitzus and saw no problems in taking them, we spent two nights and super recommend, we will definitely be back.
