The master bedroom, with a double bed, TV and desk, leads directly onto a terrace of around 15 m², which is exclusively accessible only for this apartment. The kitchen-diner serves as a cosy living area with a sofa and seating area or, when occupied by up to four people, as a second bedroom with a high-quality sofa bed (180 x 200 cm). From here, you can also access the south-facing balcony with a fantastic view of the lake.

Our holiday apartment, renovated in 2023, is ideal for couples and families with two children. It is located in a quiet apartment complex in Sattendorf. The complex has its own private lake access with a spacious sunbathing area, changing rooms, showers, and toilets. A two-person paddleboat is available for guests' use. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area with a balcony, a bedroom (sleeps four), a foyer, and a bathroom with a shower.

The location is ideal as a starting point for swimming, cycling, hiking and skiing in winter. The nearby Kanzelbahn can be reached by shuttle bus or car in minutes. Their stay is rounded off in the cold season with a cozy evening in front of the fireplace. Price excluding local and tourist tax of €1.90 per person.
