Welcome at Haus Theda! Built in 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated with its "sister house", Haus Swanhild, in a garden district near the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by an open gallery space with a combined kitchen dining and living room with stove and sofa/double bed, next to a sweet sleeping room for two. A galery space upstairs invites for relaxed moments and sleeping aswell. The veranda is equiped for outdoor living.

Our 2-room apartment has 1 large bed and a large sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The kitchen is well equipped. You can enjoy beautiful sunshine on the terrace. Overall, the apartment is very nicely divided and has floor heating.
