Newly built cottage 50 sqm, four meters from the sea with magnificent panoramic views in the beautiful Stockholm archipelago. Private sandy beach and jetty. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Access to kayak, bicycles, bocce ball court and lawn for games and play. Hot tub recessed in the wooden deck just outside the cottage - available May-September. Wood stove in the house and one outside. Firewood is available. You can get here by car or bus from Stockholm (1.5h) or by one of the Waxholm boats. Sheets and towels are included.

Double ceiling height in the large living room in combination with the sea view gives a wonderful feeling of space. The house is built in timber in a traditional style but with all modern amenities, including underfloor heating and a fireplace. Nice forest walks directly from the plot, map included. The main bedroom has a very comfortable 160 bed from a premium brand, with sea views from the main pillow. Close to charming Norrtälje and other excursion destinations.

Lean back and relax in this nice & charming cottage. Approximately 400 meters to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here, you will enjoy nature, walks & just being. In the summer, there is a barbecue & outdoor furniture on the private balcony. A rowing boat is available to borrow one day on request. There is a 120 cm bed & a sofa bed, drapery for the bedroom. No smoking, no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels are not included but can be added for 150 SEK per person The house is close to the main house where we live permanently.

Accommodation on Gräddö 15 minutes from Norrtälje! We rent out our nice house located high in the sun from morning till night. There is hot water. The tent is only set up in the summer. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms as well as one bathroom and a kitchen. Please let us know how many you are and what you have plans with and during your stay. This is to make us feel safe with our tenants as well as to have your stay as good as possible. Previous reviews are from renting a residence in the city.

A residence in the northern part of the Stockholm archipelago, less than two nautical miles from where Taube wrote "In the arms of Roslagen." Charming, cozy, close to forest and meadow. Approximately 5 minutes walk to sandy beach with jetty, without crossing anything other than gravel roads. Child-friendly and quiet and nice walking paths around. Close to Spillersboda, where you can buy ice cream, Kapellskär where you can take the ferry to Åland and about 10 minutes to Norrtälje.
