Our fantastic house is situated in the archipelago, Österskär, 30 minutes from Stockholm. The apartment is in the lower floor and is 70 sqm. It is fully equiped and has two bedrooms, each one with a double bed and sea view. The doublebeds can easily be made into two single beds.The livingroom has big windows from ceiling to floor and from here you have direct access to the pool area and the dining place. In the livingroom there is a very comfortable double bed sofa. The shower room contains a washing mashine and in the small kitchen/pentry you have a small dishwasher. The view from the pool terass is fantastic and it´s magic to enjoy breakfast waching the sailing boats pass by. Maybe you want to go for a swim before breakfast. Then you can either go down the 20 m to our jetty and have a refreshing swim in the sea or you can jump into the pool. After breakfast you might take a trip in our small canoe or go for a bike ride and have a look around this beautiful area. If you want to go to Stockholm it will take you 30 minutes by car or if you prefere to go by public transportation the charming local train will take you there in apx 40 minutes. In the evening you can have your dinner at the dining place by the pool and afterwards take a glass of wine to the jettty and wach the sunset. Continuing the evening in the steam sauna and rush out from there when the heat is to much and jump into the pool to cool you down. Finnish the evening under the stars in the small jacuzzi. This is really paradise. 10 minutes walk from our house, down by the public beach, there is a small very nice restaurant were you can have lunch or dinner or maybe just a glass of wine or a cold beer.

Villa Skarpö

Unique architect-designed house in the Stockholm Archipelago, located 35 minutes from Stockholm City. You can get to the house by car, bus or boat. Possibility of a berth can be arranged. The accommodation offers all the comforts and is something for the bon vivant. The house was built in 2015 but has only been used for three years and is therefore perceived as completely new. 150 meters to the nearest swimming area. There are 3 additional swimming areas on the island. The island has a steamboat jetty where you can go with Vaxholm's boats into Stockholm. Warm welcome!

The villa and the little house

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende på höjden. Två separata och fullt utrustade hus, med bastu och jacuzzi. Nära till badbrygga och sandstrand (Solbrännan). Tågstationen ligger på ca 10 min gångavstånd. Lill-huset byggdes 2025 och är fullt utrustat med kök och badrum. Huset har en 140 cm säng på bottenplan samt en 160 cm dubbelsäng på sovloftet (där är det inte ståhöjd och nås via en stege). Lill-huset är därför inte ett lämpligt boende för mindre barn. Villan har 4 sovrum.

Huset cirka 90 kvm: vardagsrum med öppen spis, fullutrustat kök med diskmaskin, mikro, varmluftsugn, kyl och frys, vattentoa / dusch / bad. Gästhus: vatten/avlopp, micro, kyl/frys, 1 dubbelsäng spjälsäng. Studsmatta, linbana, koja, hängmatta, racketspel, 8-10 cyklar på tomten & suverän sandstrand mm i närheten. Swimspa på 2x4 meter inbyggd jetstream för simträning (stängd vintertid). Båt ingår.

SEA COTTAGES-2: "The Seaview Getaway"

This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep 3. From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.
