The villa and the little house

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation on high ground. Two separate and fully equipped houses, with sauna and jacuzzi. Close to a bathing jetty and a sandy beach (Solbrännan). The train station is about a 10-minute walk away. Lill-huset was built in 2025 and is fully equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. The house has a 140-cm bed on the ground floor and a 160-cm double bed in the sleeping loft (there is no standing height there and it is accessed via a ladder). Lill-huset is therefore not suitable accommodation for younger children. The villa has 4 bedrooms.

Peaceful, newly built house measuring 240 m², with stunning sea views, furnished to make it a truly sociable space. 150 m to the beach, 500 m to the play area/swimming spot, plenty of nature nearby, 15 km to Vaxholm, 30 km to central Stockholm. Two kayaks plus a small motorboat are usually available for hire. Large living room, combined kitchen and dining room (approx. 90 m²), two further sitting rooms, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Large patio with numerous seating areas and a hot tub. Blueberry fields and woodland at the back, and a beautiful sea at the front.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, idyllic place to stay on Resarö in the Stockholm archipelago, but close to Stockholm City (30 minutes by car). Swimming area and grocery store are within walking distance. You can get to Vaxholm (the capital of the archipelago) in 5 minutes (by car) or 10 minutes (by bus). From here, you can explore the Stockholm archipelago by boat with all its fantastic islands one day and the next explore Stockholm city with all its sights. The house was built in 2022 and has all the amenities you could imagine.

The newly built architect-designed house offers space, material selection and design of the highest quality. The morning coffee will never taste better when it's taken to this amazing view and peaceful surroundings. In addition to the main house, there are two cozy guest houses, one with a simple kitchen. Daily services with archipelago boats (not car ferries), taxi boats, or the option to hire our boat. Food can be delivered to the island.

Vita Villan Vaxholm

Welcome to our family-friendly villa in the heart of the archipelago, Vaxholm! Close to swimming and beach, with swimming jetty 100 meters away and about 15 minutes walk to the city center with cozy cafes, restaurants and boat connections to the archipelago or Stockholm. There is a trampoline with a safety net for the children on the grounds. On the deck there is an electric hot tub for evening swimming. Our sweet and kind outdoor cat Olle is included in the rental – he settles with food and some love once a day!
