Welcome to our beautiful house on the cape, with Vättern as your closest neighbor. This detached house with a large garden offers about 90 sqm of living space on two floors, with open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom, as well as two comfortable bedrooms, with room for 4-5 people. The attached guest house offers one bedroom with bunk bed and room for 2-3 people. The guest house has its own shower and toilet. The house is modernly decorated with top quality furniture and amenities. June - August takes place weekly rentals.

Here you can experience the silence and take a break from life. Close to nature and swimming. In the house, there is an electric sauna and access to a spa bath outside. At our own lake, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and swimming in the lake, why not a trip on the lake with the raft in silence. Access to 2 bicycles is available, for a ride in the surroundings. No smoking indoors in the entire property, smoking outdoors allowed. In winter, we charge a fee of SEK 200 for ice hole making if guests wish to swim in the winter

With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Därtill wifi och tv med Netflix etc. Utomhus finns ett trädäck med grill, bord samt stolar och utomhuseldstad. Har ni barn i sällskapet finns ytor att springa runt på, gunga samt åka rutschkana.

Want to give yourself some peace and quiet with beautiful views from a peaceful house for a few nights, a week or more? With us you live in a newly built guesthouse with kitchen, bathroom, internet, TV, lake view and own parking. Both Linköping and E4 are close but far enough away not to disturb. The house is located overlooking Lake Roxen 5 km from Linköping. Towels, sheets and cleaning are included in the fee. There is a dog and a cat on the premises.
