Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Here in the adjacent side wing of the idyllic, secluded courtyard, near the village of Skåne Tranås, is located next to the main house to be rented, our second, smaller apartment, the "Alte Tischlerei". The apartment (about 40 square meters) consists of a large living room with 2 beds and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra mattress for e.g. a couple with a child is provided. The space is heated by an air-to-air heat pump.

The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

The apartment forms a separate part of the residential building with its own entrance, two rooms and its own shower room. The village of Glemmingebro is surrounded by rolling fields with the nearest beach 5 km south. The Ale stones are barely a mile away and Sandhammaren with its dunes and white sand is still a few kilometers further east.
