Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Refurbished cottage among apple orchards near Kivik

Bästekille is a small village situated at a high altitude between Södra Mellby and Vitaby. It is 3 km to Kivik and about 18 km to Simrishamn. Here, you will find apple orchards and grazing cows. In the village, there is a farm shop selling eggs, potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Everything is certified by the local farmer in the village. The Fabriken art gallery is located in the village. In southern Mellby, there is a bakery where you can buy delicious pastries and bread. The nearest places for swimming are Kivik or Vitemölla, where there are beautiful sandy beaches. The cottage is located by a road.

Hills, valleys, bubbling water, sheep and lambs as neighbors, Linderöd pigs around the house. Cook in a super cozy outdoor kitchen with a bar. There is a barbecue, fridge, freezer, outdoor shower, fresh toilets, simply most of what you need to be able to stay and enjoy yourself here for several days. Stay near the sea in Brantevik on Österlen

The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the completely renovated stable which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. The accommodation has a large landscaped garden, "Ola's garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique.
