Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Cozy guest house located in a lush and scenic area on the outskirts of Rörum on Österlen. The house is completely new (completed in the spring of 2019) and offers everything you could possibly need in the smallest possible space! The floor plan is open. Access to kitchenette, with two hotplates, kitchenette, fully tiled bathroom, and upstairs sleeping loft. Enjoy the proximity to nature and swimming, Stenshuvud National Park, Knäbäckshusen beach and Vik's fishing village. Within walking distance, golf courses, Mandelmann's gardens and Franskans Crêperie.

The cottage with its glass veranda, patios and garden is located in the edge of the forest overlooking meadow landscapes. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, an oven and a fridge. Soapstone fireplace in the living room. Laundry in the basement. Bedding, linens and towels are included. Forest trails with berries and chanterelle picking. Cleaning is not included, but can be booked as an extra. Note: From November, it is only possible to stay in one of the bedrooms. 2 adults and 2 children. On cold days, you sleep downstairs in the living room.

The house is located at the bottom of a cul-de-sac and within walking distance to the village's various activities such as tennis court, outdoor gym, paddle tennis court, swimming area and playground. In the house, there are 4 beds distributed in 2 larger bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. All beds were purchased in 2021. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Open-plan with kitchen, dining area and sofa.

The farm is surrounded by fields that give an open and bright feeling. It is walking distance to the sea and the beautiful long beaches that Österlen is so well known for.
