A 14 foot plastic boat from 2021 with new 6 hp located in the jetty 400 meters from the house is included in the rent. There are also 2 bikes that are located in the basement. Osterøy is a great starting point for nice mountain hikes. Tirevollfjellet at 303 meters above sea level, is a 1 hour walk from the door.

The apartment is located in Ytre Arna with a nice view over the fjord. It is located 20mins by car from the center of Bergen. The busstop is 3 minutes away and you can get to the City in 30 to 40min by bus. We can help you plan your transport from the airport. There is a big garden and a park close to the appartment. We also have a private parking place for you. There are nice hiking possibilities here and on the way to the fjords/Hardanger.
