The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

This charming detached house is located in the recreational area on the Schlosssee in Oberwaltersdorf next to Fontana Golf Club From the large living room with dining area you have access to the idyllic conservatory (incl. Sauna) with magnificent views of the beautiful castle lake. In the attic you can expect 3 rooms and a spacious bathroom including bath and shower. All 3 rooms and ground floor living space are equipped with modern Wi-Fi air conditioning, with air conditioning and heating function & car parking space

An old horse chestnut tree lane leads to Lipót, where our guest house, which opened last year, awaits its guests. Next to the chestnut tree line, our cottage, a cat hopper from the Lipót Thermal Bath, and close to Morotva Lake, which is famous for its rich bird life. Get around Island, Lipót is a great place to start! For this purpose, we will provide you with 4 bicycles – free of charge. Or simply unwind on the spacious terrace or in the garden hot tub! The house has a living area of 130 m² and is suitable for 4 people. It is located in the cross-border National Park Neusiedler See/Hansag. It borders directly on the core zone of the national park. In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

The Sky Luxury Suite is a Mediterranean romantic luxury apartment designed exclusively for two people. With a 360° view of the city center, Lake Balaton and Festetics Castle. The apartment has a private jacuzzi and sauna. Our room service pampers our guests with cocktails, hookahs, and other refreshments. The price does not include breakfast, it can be requested separately. Two electric scooters provide transportation in Keszthely.

Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
