Home in Sandika

Modern new home near the water and close to Östhammar. The house is built in 2020 and has all modern amenities such as fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, dishwasher and induction stove, water toilet, shower, combination washing machine, outdoor kitchen, hot tub, glassed-in terrace, etc. On the lawn there is a trampoline as well as some garden games such as kubb, football, etc. Charging box is available and charged SEK 2/kWh separately. Nice swimming area is within walking distance, about 300 meters from the house. Valuable water, however not the best. 2 bicycles available.

Here is nicely decorated with tasteful details. Open up the large patio doors and outside stays inside. The bedrooms are divided into three houses. Nature is amazing no matter the season. The surroundings have everything to offer: community pool, golf course, restaurants, and cliff baths . Perfect for the discerning guest looking for social spaces!

Relax in this rural and peaceful home. Here you live next to the horse garden in a separate cabin. The property has a bedroom and a sofa bed. Here you can enjoy the rural atmosphere, watch the animals or take a walk in the furthest with the fields! On the grounds, there is the possibility to book for horse riding on Icelandic horses as well as/or hot tub and sauna subject to availability (these services are not included in the price of the property and are paid on site).
