Cottage with sea view in the center of Öregrund. Only 100m to the beach. 30 square meters. Small bedroom with double bed and a loft with two beds. Fully equiped kitchen, shower and WC. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming city on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer there are plenty of restaurants and cafés. To the south lies the Stockholm archipelago with open sea to the north. 1.5 hours from Arlanda airport. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minute walk to the bus station and ferry to Gräsö. We live in a house on the same grounds and are happy to help with your holiday in Öregrund. We have several extra bikes that can be used for excursions to Gräsö and various nice beaches. The nearest golf course is 6 km. Bed linen and final cleaning included.

Relax with family and friends in this peaceful space. In the main cabin there is a stove, fridge and freezer, outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill, and place to sit inside and outside on the terrace with awning. 1/5-30/9 there is water for the outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower with hot water. Both toilet and outdoor toilet are available on the premises. A simple but comfortable and pleasant accommodation. You have access to the jetty and can borrow our two canoes. There are heating elements in the cottage and the sleeping house, and a stove in the cottage if it gets cold outside.

In the living room, there is 1 sofa bed sofa for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge that has a freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Lillsjön is a 120 sqm house with three bedrooms, large living room with fireplace, open kitchen and large dining area with space for 10 around the table. The house has two furnished guest houses in the courtyard with sleeping places, a large porch overlooking a lake, a horse pasture and with sun throughout the day and evening. Large enclosed plot with good parking facilities, great space for children to play.

Here you wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sea, you put on your robe, go down to the rocks and take a lovely morning swim from the jetty. There is so much to see here in eastern Uppland: Öregrund's beautiful marina and all the lovely summer restaurants. There are also pharmacies, Systembolag, ICA and COOP, all within 20 minutes by car. Also worth seeing is Lövstabruk Manor with a nice inn for summer lunches. Badsjö with a bathing jetty is 4 minutes away at Forsmark's 17th-century Manor. A car is needed for this stay, to experience the surroundings and the area. And the weather… it's always sunny here in Norrby! Welcome!
