Cozy house by the sea in Herräng

Cozy house from the beginning of the 20th century in Herräng. Only a few minutes to the sea and swimming on cliffs or beach. Medium standard and there is everything you need. To Herräng it is 6 km away and to Hallstavik where there are more shops, pharmacies, systembolag, etc., it is 16 km. The house is located in an area between nature reserve so there are incredible nature experiences for those who want. We have a barbecue area by the sea that you can use. If you want to fish, that's fine. A little inside and out games are available as well as trampoline.

Idyllic house with lake view.

Charming seaside (2 km)house with nature around the knots and lake view and swimming area in beautiful spring lake some 100 meters away. Lillsjön is a 120 sqm house with three bedrooms, large living room, large living room with fireplace, open kitchen and large dining area with room for 10 around the table. The house has two decorated guest houses on the farm with sleeping areas, a large porch overlooking a lake, a horse garden as well as with sun throughout the day and evening. Large enclosed plot with good parking facilities, good space for children to play.

Villa with large garden near the sea. The house is located in the center of Öregrund with about 300-400 meters from the sea with cliffs and sandy beach, restaurants, nightlife, public transport and marina. Family-friendly activities are close by. Nice upbringing garden with balcony, patio and barbecue. The property is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and families with children. Trampoline is available in the garden. Öregrund is an old idyllic fishing village, one of the few places on the east coast of Sweden where you can watch the sun set in the sea.

Welcome to Ellan Heights, a newly built (Dec 2022) architect-designed house with ocean views, beach and in peaceful environment with no view of neighbors. The house has four bedrooms, indoor and outdoor fireplace, state of the art kitchen, magnificent terrace and spacious sauna with a view. For guests there is free wood, ping pong table, outdoor grill and bicycles. 50 m away, sandy beach and fishing waters await. To the grocery store only 10 minutes, and 20 minutes from the tennis court, Grisslehamn sea bath with SPA and ferry to Åland.

Rural accommodation with proximity to swimming area

Björnäs is located on Söderön in the middle between Öregrund and Östhammar. You can walk or bike 1.5km and you will come to Östhammarsfjärden, where there is a cosy small bathing area. In the area there are walking paths in lovely nature and Öregrunds golf course with access to paddle course. The property is a stand-alone house with its own parking, entrance and patio. It is a large kitchen with dining area, bedroom, living room with sofa bed and toilet/shower on the ground floor. Upstairs is a living room and a bedroom.

Archipelago home in Roslagen

Looking for the tranquility, or want an active vacation? There is an opportunity for both. This cozy cottage is located on northern Gräsö, in a fantastic surroundings. Here you have 2 km to nice swimming cliffs, 1 km to the fishing harbor with swimming jetty and nice nature trails for hiking or running around the corner. If you have a boat, there is a ramp for launching. The archipelago offers stunning cliffs for sunbathing and swimming, and is also conducive for fishing. Bedlinen and towels/bath towels are included.

Villa Vamsta

Villa Vamsta is a peaceful home in the middle of idyllic northern Roslagen. Enjoy a sunny breakfast on the deck surrounded by bird singing and beautiful forest. Large grassy areas for playing and running. Why not start the wood-fired sauna after dinner on the porch? There is a lot to see and discover in the area such as Forsmarks Bruk, or Lövsta Bruk. Öregrund is our favorite with lovely cliff baths. There's also Berkingebadet around the corner, popular with families with children. Welcome!

Oceanfront house with terrace & fireplace

Modern and spacious house with stunning views right by the water where you can enjoy in front of a wood-fired fireplace. Cozy walking paths, plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests and good swimming opportunities. There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower has roof over in case it rains. Superb kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Norrby123, 65 sqm house & patio

So much to see here in eastern Uppland; Öregrund's beautiful marina and all the lovely summer restaurants; including Melker Anderssons Bojabäs, Lövstabruks Herrgård with a nice inn for summer lunches, pharmacy, Systembolag, ICA and COOP, all within 20 minutes. Swimming lake with swimming jetty is 4 minutes away at Forsmark's 17th century Herrgård. Car is needed on this stay, to experience the surroundings and the countryside. And the weather…always sunny here in Norrby! Welcome!

Historic 18th century house in the heart of Öregrund

Part of beautifully restored 18th century farmhouse just a stone's throw from the harbour of Öregrund. Five minutes walk to the swimming cliffs of Tallparken and one minute walk to the restaurants and taverns around the harbour. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, 160 cm and a smaller room with a 120 cm bed. Fully equipped kitchen, shower and WC. Self-catering. Charming courtyard with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Beach plot in Stenskär

Lovely plot with a great view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and rocks right outside the door. During the summer months there is a jetty with a swimming ladder into the water as well as a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
