Here you have the opportunity for both an active vacation or rest and recreation. This cottage is located in a nice environment on northern Gräsö. Here you have 2 km to nice bathing cliffs and 1 km to a fishing port with a bathing jetty. Around the area, you will find nature trails for hiking, biking or running. If you have a boat, there is a ramp for launching. The archipelago offers fantastic cliffs for sunbathing and swimming, and is also good for fishing. Bed linens and towels/bath towels are included. The cabin is about 50 meters from the landlord's home.

There is a small chicken farm on the property. Swimming areas are located at Bergbybadet (closest) Mälbybadet. Sandviken on Väddö is also suitable if you want to fish with your own boat as there is a place to dock 1 km away and a place to park the boat on the farm. There is also the possibility for 1 person with a minor disability

The house is located in central Öregrund about 300-400 meters from the sea with cliffs and sandy beach, restaurants, nightlife, public transport and a small marina. Family-friendly activities are close by. Nice, well-grown garden with balcony, patio and barbecue. The place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. Trampoline can be found in the garden. Öregrund is an old idyllic fishing village, one of the few places on Sweden's east coast where you can see the sun set in the sea.

Cozy house from the early 1900s in Herräng. Only a few minutes to the sea and swimming on rocks or beach. Average standard and everything you need is available. To Herräng it is 6 km and to Hallstavik where there are more shops, pharmacies, liquor stores, etc. it is 16 km. The house is in an area between nature reserves so there are incredible nature experiences for those who want them. We have a barbecue area by the sea that you can use. If you want to fish, that's fine. There are some indoor and outdoor games as well as a trampoline.

Welcome to the summer paradise Öregrund! This charming turn-of-the-century house is a 10-minute walk from Tallparken with beautiful walking paths, a small sandy beach and cliffs where you can enjoy the sunset. In Öregrund harbor (15-minute walk) there are shops and restaurants. PLEASE NOTE: Week 25-28, the tenant has access to the garden with a large south-facing terrace, outdoor kitchen, a smaller pool, trampoline, etc. OTHER WEEKS ONLY THE HOUSE AND A SMALLER PATIO with lounge group and grill (hence reduced price).

So much to see here in eastern Uppland; Öregrund's beautiful marina and all the lovely summer restaurants; including Melker Andersson's Bojabäs, there are also pharmacies, Systembolag, ICA and COOP, all within 20 minutes by car. Also worth seeing is Lövstabruks Manor with a nice inn for summer lunches, Badsjö with a swimming jetty is 4 minutes away at Forsmark's 17th-century Manor. A car is needed for this stay, to experience the surroundings and the countryside. And the weather…always sunny here in Norrby! Welcome!

Cozy walking trails, plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests and good swimming opportunities. There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower one has a roof over it in case it rains. Spacious kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as a municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Men med inglasat uterum samt veranda så blir utrymmet dubbelt så stort. Lillstugan har två sköna sängar. Bra utrustat kök, wc och dusch. Läget är fantastiskt med havsutsikt och tillgång till en brygga för att njuta av bad och sol, eller att låna våra två kanoter, enkelkajaker för en tur ut i havsviken. Njut av god middag, grilla och samtidigt se solen gå ned.

Praktiskt boende med gott om plats, nära Forsmark det passar både för längre vistelser och veckopendling.

Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
