In the Ore Mountains near Karlovy Vary and Boží Dar, in a small village, I created our refuge. A sensitively renovated attic overlooking the countryside and a hot tub on the terrace (extra charge) and a home cinema. We'll be happy to lend you our place. The entire space, including the terrace, will be available to you. We will help you plan a trip and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains. We take care of our place with love and care. We want you to feel at home here too. There's a little bit of everything here - mountains, nature and a spa town!

Holiday home for 12 people with sauna and hot tub in a quiet environment. Ideal for families and friends looking for peace, comfort and shared experiences. 4 cozy bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace. Wellness area with sauna and hot tub for perfect relaxation. For relaxation and games, there are terraces with seating by the house. Fenced garden with children's corner, fireplace and playground for ball games for fun and relaxation. Parking is on a closed plot by the house. The whole house is non-smoking.

Apartments K Lanovce - Ela

Apartments K Lanovce Ela and Bella with their own parking spots were newly built in July 2023. We offer exclusive service, modern furniture, high-speed internet and full kitchen equipment. Apartment Ela is the smaller of the two apartments offered, but very cozy, suitable for couple or two to three friends. The apartment can be internally connected to the Bella apartment. You can store bikes, skis, or other amenities in a separate and lockable cubicle. The apartment has a private parking space right next to the house.

It is ideal for small groups, couples or smaller families looking for quiet and comfortable accommodation. We are located 21 km (24 min by car) from Klínovec, 13 km (15 min by car) from the Jáchymov - Klínovec cable car, 11 km (10 min by car) from Karlovy Vary and 15 km from the Plešivec ski resort.

The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Charming Workers Cottage - Jáchymov

A workers' cottage in a quiet neighbourhood, with a terrace offering a beautiful view, green fields, and a forest right above the house. Cosy holiday house, perfect for family ski or mountain-bike adventures, or just relaxing walks around the local hills. Surrounding hills will provide you with endless breathtaking views. While in the summer months, we only open our house to couples, we welcome couples visiting with babies and toddlers, so feel free to reach out.

Small apartment next to the Klinovec

Dear guests, welcome in small roof apartment in Krusne hory near Carlsbad. The location is perfect for winter sports or for visiting the spa cities around. There three rooms: kitchen with dining area and living rooms, and two bedrooms with double beds. The fifth bed is located in the living rooms. Upon request there is possibility to use summer kitchen with barbecue area, garage with workroom which is ideal for motobikers or cyclicts.
