La struttura è composta da una camera matrimoniale ( con aria condizionata) , un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, una cucina completa di tutto ( con lavastoviglie) che si affaccia su una veranda con gazebo, soggiorno con divano letto, seconda camera da letto con 2 letti singoli eventualmente unibili in matrimoniale. É possibile arrivare in macchina di fronte al trullo per una sosta di pochi minuti per lasciare i bagagli. Parcheggio in via Indipendenza per 6 euro al giorno ,oppure 2 euro all'ora di fronte al trullo o nei pressi della Stazione ferroviaria.
