La casa è un trullo del 1800, tutto ristrutturato, dotato di riscaldamento ed aria condizionata, Smart TV e WI-FI. La camera da letto è dotata di un letto matrimoniale con comodini, lampade da lettura e armadio. Nella sala, dotata di frigo, forno microonde, tostapane e macchina espresso caffè, è sistemato un divano letto; è possibile cucinare e pranzare su tavolo per 4 persone. Dalla sala si accede al bagno dotato di lavatrice, acqua calda, tutti i sanitari WC, lavabo, bidet, doccia con cabina.

La struttura è composta da una camera matrimoniale ( con aria condizionata) , un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, una cucina completa di tutto ( con lavastoviglie) che si affaccia su una veranda con gazebo, soggiorno con divano letto, seconda camera da letto con 2 letti singoli eventualmente unibili in matrimoniale.
