Kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat are provided.Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

We are located on the ATV & snowmobile trail, directly across from a gas station, with a pull through parking lot large enough for easy trailer parking. Fully furnished with dishes and linens. Will provide linen exchanges/cleaning during extended stays.

Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
