Cozy and well located apartment. A little low in the ceiling here and there but otherwise great!

There is a lot to be said about this beautiful house but if I would have to say one thing, I would say that you are very lucky to have found it and do not miss the opportunity. The house is 5 minutes' walk to the Cathedral. It has a lot of character in its details. More than a house, it's like a mansion. On the ground floor, the private garage, you can park the car safely. The first floor is a giant room, right away the children (and my husband) get excited when watching the billiards! It's amazing! The decor counts a lot of Antonio's travel adventures - even some Chinese paintings and a boat mock-up. On the same floor is also the kitchen and terrace with BBQ, table and hammock. On the second floor there are two rooms. The wedding one is giant with a luxury dressing room, so big that I get lost. There is even a high chair. Kids love the hot tub and I love the elliptical bike. What pure luxury. Thank you very much Antonio!!

Inés was very helpful at all times. It was flexible with both the check-in and departure times. The house has very good views and the area is very quiet

The apartment is recycled to new, with everything you need to spend an excellent stay! It is very tastefully decorated and very bright. The location is excellent, close to shopping venues. Communication with the hosts was smooth and they allowed us to leave our bags a few hours before check-in time so we could take a quiet tour of the city. They shared a guidebook with recommendations that helped us get to know Madrid better. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you very much!

Yes, you really want to disconnect from the routine, this place is definitely spectacular. Apart from that the house has a very good location it has many places to visit I recommend good shoes because if you really want to know you have to walk. Million thanks all 10/10☺️☺️☺️

Definitely recommend this apartment. The location was fantastic and the apartment was perfect for a couple or three people. Restaurants, bars, attractions were all walkable. Marie was great as well. Super friendly and always very responsive. You should stay here.

We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

there is no lack of detail in the house, clean, cared for and has everything you need to spend a few days. it has a patio that you enjoy a lot in good weather. Antonio always available and attentive and flexible with check out time. to repeat !

Note that the house was very clean and tidy. Very cozy house, good communication with the host at all times. 100% recommended
