The kitchen got a wonderful facelift with new quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. The back yard boasts a brand new Weber grill! Come enjoy a fire in the firepit and roast marshmallows with the firewood provided and all of the gear! You are just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the beach!

We are conveniently located 10 miles from downtown Grand rapids, 5 miles from Grandvalley State university and 30 miles from the lake Michigan shoreline. Unique beautiful downtown loft overlooking 8th street shops and restaurants. Incredible space with 2 master bedrooms plus twin bed studio area. Full kitchen, dining area, seating areas, TV/ bar room, fireplace, library, and private roof top deck with hot tub and grill complete this one-of-a-kind home. Two reserved parking spaces. 100% updated. The building dates to the 1890's and all the brick and flooring is original, but everything else is new while the character has been preserved.

Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one of those, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.

On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. A terrific play park right across the street. Downtown Holland only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park or Ottawa State Park. Holland itself has so much to offer with its boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants and of course beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan. We are less than 8 miles from Holland State Park and so close to other Lake Shore attractions. Saugatuck is only 11 miles away, Grand Haven a 23 mile drive, and 29 miles from Grand Rapids, making this a very desirable location!

Located in the Holland area, 20 min. to Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Saugatuck, Lake Michigan. Use of the hot tub is most likely but not guaranteed. Please ask if it is important for your stay.
