The condo is 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and a sunroom with a beautiful view. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and another sleeper sofa in the sunroom. So the condo can sleep 5. Linens, towels, pillows, and blankets are provided. *Condo is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator, only stairs. Beach/pool/hot tub are seasonal.

Clean and comfortable 1-bedroom 2nd floor condo located in Green Cove Resort. The kitchen includes all the basics for cooking. The bedroom has 2 full XL size beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is an air-conditioner in the bedroom as well as the living room. All linens, pillows and towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer available for your use. Wi fi is accessible throughout the condo and there is a new 40" smart TV with cable.

First floor condo with lake view and less than 50 yards from the lake. Has one bedroom (king size bed) and pull out couch. Kitchen has been remodeled with washer and dryer. The complex has an nice pool and hot tub with beach access. Less than a 5 minute walk to Jet Express, restaurants, charter boats... WE SUPPLY SHEETS BUT NO TOWELS. YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS FYI: Hot Tub is SEASONAL
