The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. There is a heating fan and a wood stove. The tenant provides wood for himself. Animals are not allowed in the house! Electricity is billed on departure - 7kr (1euro)/kWh.
