The house can accommodate 5 people (+ baby) but has 2 bedrooms. Therefore perfect for a family with 3 children or 2 couples. The 1st room is on the ground floor where there is a bunk bed (140 + 90 cm) the 2nd bedroom is on the loft and has a double bed. There is room for a camping bed. With more people? Very luxuriously furnished vacation home directly on the water with a 13-meter-long jetty for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). Within a few minutes you can sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day at Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Cozy towns in Zeeland are also not far away. The city of Rotterdam, popular with tourists, is only 25 minutes away by car.

Amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants are within walking distance. You can also make the most beautiful (beach) walks and bike rides from your studio. The studio has a double bed, toilet, shower/sink, television, kitchenette with coffee/tea facility and hob, private access and terrace.

The cottage is separate from our own house and has its own entrance. You have access to your own toilet, shower and kitchen. In addition, you can open the French doors and take a seat on your own terrace or relax in the hammock. The location makes this a perfect base for walks and bike rides.
