A very special place in the city. A rural street that has existed for centuries. Cobblestones on the road, nature around the corner. The historic center of Alkmaar is a 10-minute walk away. The guesthouse (about 40m2) is in the back house with a private entrance. It consists of a spacious living room/bedroom with double bed, a small kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. Through the French doors you can reach the private terrace. WiFi and television are provided. Private parking. Renting a bicycle is possible.

The Klaver garage is a private residence in a quiet street in the city center, with free parking in front of the door. The apartment has been recently and carefully renovated and equipped with all comforts, entirely for private use with balcony.

Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.
