Our stay at this beautiful villa was absolutely wonderful! The property is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for families, with multiple comfortable rooms and a stunning outdoor area. The sparkling swimming pool and fountain seating area made our afternoons so relaxing, while the backyard citrus trees added a lovely natural touch. The location was ideal, just a 7-minute drive to a major supermarket. One of the highlights was the daily fresh milk and free-range eggs from local farmers. The hospitality truly made our stay exceptional: Achraf was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Fatima, who welcomed us, was warm, generous, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Shayma helped with housekeeping upon request and was attentive and kind. Overall, this villa was the perfect balance of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. We loved every moment and will definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious retreat.

The apartment is very nice in the middle of the Medina. Very helpful host, very comfortable to get around on foot to visit the city. We had rental cars and we always found a place to park near the house. Recommended!

House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. Jean's riad is absolutely beautiful and ideally located. Fatna's welcome is amazing: she is an extremely kind, considerate and discreet person but who warmly shares her Moroccan culture (and her cuisine). As for Jean, he is very responsive and gives very good advice. In short, this place is a real rare find!

The villa is exceptional. Very large, very beautiful and the best part is the pool and the beach not too far away. We had a very pleasant stay.

We had a pleasant stay, the apartment is very clean with all the necessary amenities, the pool is large and well maintained in the presence of lifeguards, the residence is monitored by a private company 24/7 which is important for the safety of children. I recommend this listing.
