Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Oued Tensift

Sublime riad dans la médina. Une porte dérobée nous conduit dans cet établissement. C’est à couper le souffle , un havre de paix au milieu du souk. Emplacement parfait et proche de tout, un service 5 étoiles , un séjour inoubliable pr les 40 ans de mon épouse. Nous étions 15, des suites les unes plus belles que les autres. Je conseille à tous de prendre le couscous préparer pr le personnel de Aziz. Un grand merci à toi Aziz, pour ce Séjour inoubliable.

Abdul was an amazing host, he was very helpful and friendly. He actually did more than I paid for. He is friendly and patient. The villa is beautiful. Pictures don’t even do justice to how beautiful the place is. The breakfast was lovely. He kept to time and helped me plan my itinerary. The villa was so clean. We had an amazing experience. The housing staff were helpful. At short notice they help come through with a lot of things. It was really a home away from home. We had a beautiful girls trip. Thank you so much Abdul. I will definitely come back again.

Tout était parfait durant notre séjour. Très bon emplacement tout est accessible à pied et les excursions proposées par le Riad simplifie l’organisation de la semaine. L’accueil avec Abdelilah est très appréciable et il est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos attentes et nos questions. Ghizlaine nous a régalé avec ses bons plats typiques, ses petits déjeuners et ses délicates attentions. Merci également à Romain d’être très réactif à nos demandes. Nous retournerons avec plaisir chez AZ RIAD a Marrakech.

Excellent séjour à la villa Dais, nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillis par Marie mais également toute l'équipe de la maison. Le lieu est très agréable, les chambres sont très spacieuses, la cuisine excellente. Tout est parfait! Merci encore.

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet appartement, et j’ai déjà réservé une troisième fois pour mon mari — c’est dire à quel point j’en suis ravie ! Cet endroit est tout simplement exceptionnel. On s’y sent comme chez soi dès qu’on passe la porte. La maison est nickel, spacieuse, très bien agencé avec deux grandes et belles chambres. Il y a tout le nécessaire : une cuisine bien équipée, un immense jardin fleuri avec des poules qui se baladent. Rien ne manque ! On a même accès au service de Btissam une superbe personne qui peut bous concocter de bons plats pendant le sejour.. Côté équipements, c’est le top : l’hôte fournit des boués, des ballons et des jeux de societe pour les enfants. Il y a une piscine extérieure, une piscine intérieure chauffée et même un jacuzzi sur le toit. C’est un vrai petit paradis. Et que dire de Syrine ? Une personne en or, toujours disponible, attentionnée, et qui fait tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Je suis vraiment reconnaissant.

Très beau Riad, agréable à vivre pour un séjour reposant loin du bruit et pourtant au cœur de la médina. Matthieu est un hôte proactif, très à l’écoute. Il a répondu à toutes nos questions et nous a fait profiter de sa connaissance de la ville par ses recommandations des choses à voir, faire ou déguster. Tout a été organisé de A à Z pour notre arrivée (prise en charge de l’aéroport jusqu’au Riad). Maintenant, la cerise sur le gâteau : FATIMA. Cette femme est une perle. Toujours disponible, aux petits soins pour les résidents, d’une gentillesse extrême, douce, généreuse et bienveillante, elle rayonne dans sa cuisine. Ses petits plats sont juste excellents et très copieux (même le petit déjeuner est pantagruélique). De plus, elle n’a pas hésité à prendre sur son temps pour nous accompagner dans les souks et nous recommander où acheter telle ou telle chose. Et en même temps si discrète quand elle est là.

We stayed in Yolande and Corinne’s riad with three kids (10, 7 and 3) and we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back another time. Seems a bit hard to find at first, but we had no issues at all. Great communication and all the help and recommendations we needed. We had dinner cooked for us in the riad an evening, which was amazing, and we can definitely recommend doing that if you want to stay in to get a break from the medina and all the impressions of Marrakech. Everything seems within walking distance as well, so that was easy and perfect. Thank you for our stay! :)

Nice villa, large space surrounding it, lovely garden and indoors. Pool was not the hottest and the jacuzzi seemed cold but it takes time to warm up. Overall a lovely stay for us. Thank you

We are a party of 5 between 15 and 82 years and the Dar suited us all perfectly. There are 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, one on the ground floor, all with en-suites. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very charming, with a gorgeous roof terrace, where breakfast is served. Location is central - very near Pikala bicycles - recommend to go there and do a bike tour of the city. We had nice food and drinks at Les Jardins du lotus, also nearby. If you have a car (we drove from elsewhere) parking is available next to pikala bikes where attendants charged 200dhms for 2 nights to park on the road - we just agreed but check if that is the right option and agree a price to transfer luggage to the Dar beforehand. The Dar was a peaceful oasis from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Very stylish and chic and the host was very communicative. We would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home, we loved it and would have sampled some of the food on offer if we stayed longer!

Magnifique séjour passé à la villa Koutoubia entre amis. La villa, le jardin, la piscine tout était parfait 👍 La villa est encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Fatima et Abdou, je recommande leur service les yeux fermés. La communication avec Sybille a été très bonne du début à la fin. Nous avons hâte d’y revenir !

Xavier est très accueillant, son personnel aussi est très gentil et disponible . La cuisinière Touria nous préparait des plats délicieux et d’une gentillesse incroyable . La maison correspond tout à fait à la description même plus belle que sur les photos . C est un havre de paix ! Des activités et des commerces à proximité. Le terrain de boule , le filet pour jouer au raquette ainsi que les poules sont un plus surtout quand on a des enfants . L’espace du terrain est incroyable avec des arbres et des fleurs en rajoutant la magnifique piscine qui vous immerge dans un petit coin paradis . Nous avons passé un super moment avec beaucoup de nostalgie quand nous sommes partis… Merci pour tous !

Seriously, anyone reading my review, please don’t hesitate to book Riad Madame. From the start Catherine & Christian were so responsive to all our enquiries and all their instructions and advice were invaluable. The Riad is off the scale “stunning”! As with so many properties it’s never quite as the images suggest, this absolutely is and more! Abdul met us at the taxi drop off point where all our bags were transported on a barrow to the Riad. Immediately you are amongst the hustle & bustle of the small lanes lined with shops. A short stroll and then a right turn down an arched alleyway into calm & complete quiet, an easy, very short walk to a beautiful wooden door in a wall and the wonders once you go in! Christian & Catherine were there to meet us and we chatted through restaurant recs and where to go and what to do, do take their advice, everywhere we ate was FABULOUS! Dar Dar rooftop restaurant A MUST. Thank you both so much, Nadia & Abdul such a delight. Not enough review space! X

Our stay at the villa was truly delightful. The property boasts a stunning villa with a pristine swimming pool, creating an ideal setting for relaxation. The house itself is modern, clean, and sleek, providing a comfortable environment for our family, including our children. We highly recommend this villa to others seeking a peaceful and luxurious getaway. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.

Nicolas og mest Jennifer svarte på alle våre spørsmål og vi kom til en fredelig villa som hadde egen vakt og gartner som tok vare på stedet. Vi hadde et tett sluk på badet og Muhamed ordnet det på 2 minutter etter at vi varslet ham. 👍 Villaen og bassengområdet blir vasket daglig, nye håndkler hver dag etc. Vi bestilte kokk Fuzia under hele oppholdet som laget mat til oss og maten hun lagde var helt nydelig. Alt fra frokost til lujs, snacks og middag. Siden vi dessverre ikke snakker arabisk eller fransk måtte bruke Google translate men det gikk også veldig fint. Dette er et sted jeg sterkt vil anbefale for familier som ønsker fred og ro i private omgivelser. Tips: Villaen er utenfor byen og man er helt avhengig av bil for å komme seg til og fra Marrakech så jeg anbefaler å leie bil. Alt i alt en flott opplevelse for oss og stor takk til vertene, vaktmesteren Muhamed og ikke minst kokken Fouzia!

Just book it. Fantastic place and I cannot recommend it enough. Staff are lovely and the food was 10/10. We didn't feel like leaving and wish we'd stayed longer.

Le logement était super beau on étais bien accueilli, et super bien servi toujours à notre disposition, la demi -pension excellente je le conseille au 100%. Merci encore et j'espère à bientôt !
