Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Historical seigniorial house, where we built our wine cellar and set up an singular life area, working on comfort without forgetting the spirit of the place. The spaceful living room, with a full equipped kitchen, is a welcoming and hushed place, out of time. This room is opened on a large balcony, faced to East. In the first floor are 3 cosy bedrooms, organized with double beds or twin beds, separated toilets and air conditioned. A bottle of wine of the domaine is offered for your welcoming.

My cottage is close to Dole-Tavaux Airport, the City of Dole, the Arc-et-Senans saltworks, 8 km from the Gendrey motorway exit, near Besançon, Dijon, at the foot of the Massif de la Serre. You will appreciate it for its calm, charm, walking or cycling trails, nature nearby. It is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
