Large prestigious apartment on the Presqu'île

Experience luxury with this spacious accommodation combining the character of the old and the comfort of the contemporary. Completely redone by an interior designer, it has beautiful floors, fireplaces and refined decor. The living room has been completely redone and updated photos are in progress. You will enjoy the charm of an old apartment in an ideal location with all the contemporary advantages. Breakfast, towels and bedding are included. Baby crib possible. It is not intended to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire property. I am always available via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931

Welcome to this charming hideaway, perfectly located near all the attractions, making it super easy for you to plan your visit. As soon as you step inside, you'll feel the cozy vibes that'll make you feel right at home. Oh, and don't miss the cool vintage touches that add a touch of nostalgia and make everything feel extra special. A really good location and loved from Lyonnais as it got everything you need, and it is a very safe area. A good farmer market every Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
