Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

It has a six-person dining table and audio electronics.This bedroom has a TV and the other one has long blackout curtains and Tempur mattresses. The toilet and bathroom are separate and the bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. The kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Smoking on balcony. Free street parking and by arrangement with electric pole. Ferry sauna on the river (5 min) in the summer.

This cottage is next to beautiful shallow, sandy beach and amazing sea view, close to nature and walking routes and walking distance from local restaurants services and sights. Cottage is small (38m2) but well designed and equipped (dishwasher, washing machine), decorated by Scandinavian style and also offers sauna experience. Great place for couples or families with children. Guest is expected to bring bedsheets, towels and toilet paper and to do proper final cleaning.
