The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

The cottage is 45 square meters and includes a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. The cottage is located in the courtyard of the horse farm and the farm has horses and cats. Horses can be greeted by appointment. The hosts live in the same yard. Grocery store 6 km 4 km to the beach Nature trail 3 km Oulu 35 km I speak English.
