The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Ainutlaatuinen ja kauniisti sisustettu hirsiasunto merenrannassa. Mikäli haluat majoittua luonnonkeskelle upeaan hirsimajaan, nauttia kuumista saunan löylyistä ja jacuzzista- kohde on nappi valinta! Asunnolta on Oulun lentokentälle 7min. ja Oulun keskustaan 20min. Lähikauppa on 2km päässä. Asunto on lapsiperheen pihassa- oma hirsinen asunto. Sauna,suihku ja jacuzzi on isäntäväen kanssa yhteinen, mutta ajan sopimalla, se on käytössäsi 1-1,5h/vrk. Jouluun varaukseen kuuluu jacuzzi 3h /päivä.

Cottage is small (38m2) but well designed and equipped (dishwasher, washing machine), decorated by Scandinavian style and also offers sauna experience. Great place for couples or families with children. Guest is expected to bring bedsheets, towels and toilet paper and to do proper final cleaning.

The cottage is fully equipped and winterized. Electric heating, air heat pump, and a fireplace/baking oven The kitchen has a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the necessary cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.

Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment has a basic set of dishes for two. Air conditioner installed on July 19, 2024 to ease the heat 160cm wide bed, extra mattress available. Garage parking available for a separate fee, check availability in advance.

A unique home provides the perfect setting for a getaway, in privacy, but still close to services and good transportation. Meritupa is located next to our house as a separate building and has its own entrance. The room has a sofa bed for two. A kitchenette and a Spa-inspired bathroom with two rain showers and a large sauna with a stunning view.

Peaceful unique place. House with all amenities. You'll have access to a lot, a wood sauna, an electric sauna, a rowing boat, and fishing gear. In the summer, you can enjoy the surrounding river by swimming, rowing, or fishing. In winter, you'll be wearing a starry sky and maybe even the Northern Lights. In winter, you can ski, walk, or snowmobile on the river ice. The sea is about 2 kilometers from the cottage. Great for staying overnight or longer stays.
