We are located at the foot of Serra do Trovão, a high place with abundant vegetation. Our land borders the APA (Environmental Protection Area) and has an exuberant and definitive view of Serra da Chapada, in addition to a partial view of the village. The sunset from here is fantastic. Cozy chalet in downtown Lavras Novas, close to the city's main restaurants and shops. It has a mini kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a cozy balcony with a hammock and a small table. We have bedding, towels, a minibar, a coffee maker, an air fryer, a two-burner electric stove, a microwave and dishes. You can park your car here and stroll around the city on foot:)

Our chalets are for a maximum of 2 people. We don't allow pets. Smoking is not allowed.
