Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Overton County

Rental was exactly as described. Very clean space, easy check in and very friendly host!

Perfect place for travelers who enjoy being slightly outside of the immediate city & like a peaceful area with beautiful views. Quick drive to anywhere you’d want to visit or eat. Hosts give clear easy to follow instructions, respond quickly, give great recommendations, and have a gorgeous, spotless rental. Will definitely look to book again when I’m back in the area!

I stayed overnight at Shawna’s barn so that I could attend a wedding nearby. It was the perfect spot for an overnight stay! She was awesome, and her kitchen had a ton of staples for cooking and cleaning. Also, her chickens and her mules/donkeys were beautiful and sweet. I would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Michele's home. Everything about it was perfect. We were in town from Michigan for a Truck Show being held in Jamestown. The drive was a bit much, but the stay was worth it. We booked our reservation within the week that we were traveling. We were very fortunate to find this Beautiful place tucked into the woods. We had long days at the Truck show and were very Happy to come back to the house to rest and relax. Everything about it was outstanding. We will definitely stay again next year if it is available. This place was so cozy and exactly what we were looking for when planning our Waterfall Weekend. Close to Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls, and a whole lot more if you’re willing to travel a little bit. The house was as described and the fenced in back yard was so nice for my pup. Brittany was super accommodating and communicative. Would stay here again if back in the area!

Place was comfy and felt like home. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Towels were plush and it was nice to have a TV with streaming services. I would definitely stay again.

Brad’s place is great!! I would certainly stay here again! Brad was a great host, very responsive & even helped with a last minute favor I asked for. The apartment is an eclectic place, above the old shop building. A beautifully decorated place that is nicely kept & very comfortable. Thanks again for your hospitality Brad! Hope to be back soon.

We loved our little weekend getaway in this beautiful space. It rained which we thought would dampen the mood, but the huge windows made it such a vibe & even more when the rain stopped & we had the best view of the most beautiful sunset ever. Thank you Jon for such a wonderful place!!

Perfect place for what we needed! Easy to find and location is perfect for visiting many of the TN waterfalls ◡̈

We had four people staying in the condo, it was a perfectly sized space to accommodate us. It was extremely clean, and we had everything we needed for the weekend. We did bring our own snacks and food to prepare meals, which I would recommend doing! We really appreciated seeing staff being mindful and practicing precautions the entire stay. When we arrived, we did have to wait about an hour after check-in as it wasn’t ready yet. And our wristband/keycards weren’t properly activated so they sent a maintenance person to fix that, who was very helpful. We got to see two baby raccoons from the back porch as soon as we arrived though, so we didn’t mind. Would highly recommend this stay for a quiet getaway!! We had a great time.

Great little spot in the heart of Tn. We were impressed with the cleanliness, communication, appointments, and "hominess" of this location. We will probably revisit Fairfield Glade in the future and if we do, we'll be reaching out to Cheryl again. Thanks for a great stay!

Had a good stay here! It was very easy to check-in and the host was super responsive. The place even had pots, skillets, etc. which was nice we didn’t have to bring our own or buy anything (except it didn’t have a 9 by 13 pan which I could’ve used). This place was perfect for what was needed!

Stayed to visit my wife's grandparents that live in Fairfield Glade and my family was very comfortable with the master bedroom very comfortable. Also was very great for my three kids that slept comfortably after catching fireflies at night. Would stay here again.

The location was perfect for our needs. Communication was excellent as we were driving in and asking to check in early. Would definitely stay again.

Shuli was nice enough to give us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom and we were blown away. Beautiful and roomy private condo with a fireplace and fully stocked kitchen that will make your stay beyond comfortable and relaxing The location is full of so much to do anytime of year and the rentals are large enough for full family trips without feeling crowded. The area is very quiet and not rowdy, I believe we were told it’s kind of like a retirement community. We had such a peaceful time and definitely plan to be back again! They may ask you to sit thru some sales presentation for a free deal of some kind but we just politely turned it down.

This condo was everything as expected and described! The unit was easy to find and within a good distance to town and Dunkin', because that's what matters right!? It was clean and everything was presentable. We enjoyed our stay and will keep this place in mind when we are in Cookeville again visiting family.
