The house is great. It is very welcoming and very clean. We didn't make any food in the house but from what we saw there were all kinds of cooking utensils. In addition to the details of Nieves! Communication was great. And the best thing about the house that terrace with a view to the river!! To see the area of Villaviciosa, Lastres, Gijón, Oviedo, etc very well located. Highly recommended house!!

We took a week-long getaway as a couple and the location couldn't have been better, it's in the center of everything, so it's a good base to explore all of Asturias in a short time, highlighting the sardines from the port, which were spectacular. In addition, the service was unbeatable, from the moment we arrived the response was quick and informative, he even advised us on where to go or possible plans, not only in the area but also in Asturias. Joaquin and his family are right next door, so they were always close and available if there was a problem. In short, our stay was a 10 and I recommend it 100% for a couple's getaway. We'll be back for sure.

Everything is perfect. The apartment is small but it has everything you need to spend a few days in Gijón. We also ask for recommendations for places to dine and responded promptly and very kindly. I recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lucia's place! She was incredibly nice and helped us with small problems immediately and easily. The place is nicely decorated, superbly located and equipped with everything you need. Right next door there is a beautiful park, and everything important is within walking distance. You can also find parking in the area, some even free. We would come back anytime – very clear recommendation!

The apartment excellent super clean and perfumed from the bedding and bathroom to furniture and rest. Very quiet town, with supermarket, pharmacy a few meters away and spectacular views. Access to all places in Asturias is very good. I recommend it 100%... If I go back to Asturias I definitely book it again.

We felt right at home! Elena gave us many recommendations to go to local restaurants, the apartment was spotless, super cozy and full of details. The views are amazing and there is also a covered parking 1 minute walk away. The neighborhood in addition to bonito is fun, full of cider stores. We will definitely be back if we return to Gijón.
