The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.

Tuck yourself away behind the roses and enjoy the peace and privacy of the garden room. With your own entrance (with key) you can come and go as you please. (Sorry but the dogs are liable to bark if they spot you!) Wifi access is included although we are not in a high speed area. Breakfast of cereals, bread, milk and (if required) sausages, bacon, eggs etc provided for you to cook your own at a time to suit you.
What guests are saying:“Mary's place is located in a beautiful garden in a quiet neighbourhood. Inside is a very cosy space with everything you'd need and more for a comfortable stay. The decor is homely and stylish. The whole place was spottlessly clean on arrival. The bathroom has a spacious shower, with fast hot water (perfect for winter stays!). The kitchenette was also easy to use, with all the cooking accessories, seasoning, cutlery etc. needed. There was also lots of useful info available for local places to see (we took Mary's advice on going to the pub in Tilney All Saints for tea). Mary was very thoughtful in providing us with options for breakfast, drinks and snacks. We only saw the dogs once who were lovely and came over for some fuss. Highly reccomended place to stay if you're in the area!”
This studio flat is in a country location suitable for one or two people However the price of £30 per night is for one person, there is an extra charge of £15 per night for the second person. There are two single beds, an equipped kitchenette, en-suite shower room, towels and bedding. The studio has it's own entrance and garden. King's Lynn 12 miles, Swaffham 6 miles, RAF Marham 4miles. Suitable for a workperson /men/ladies or a couple wanting to explore North West Norfolk.
