Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking.

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location, to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and it is a dream for sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddle to Stendörrens nature reserve. The views from both the bedroom and the living room make this place enchanting and our guests delighted. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on your summer vacation.

New guest house

Newly-built small guest house (2025) for those who appreciate natural surroundings but still want to be close to central Nyköping, the harbor and Rosvalla. From the accommodation, you can see the water, in the meadows, cows graze in the summers and close by is Tjuvholmsberget where you can sit on sunny rocks in summer, contemplate boats and enjoy beautiful views of the inlet to Nyköping. Within walking distance there is also a summer cafe with the possibility of swimming. A longer walk away is the beautiful nature reserve Labro Ängar.

The plot where the house is located is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. The house is in new condition and fully equipped. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good transportation with highway all the way to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Trevlig miljö för promenader. Vissa regler och rengöring behöver följas för att använda bubbelpoolen. Vi erbjuder senare utcheckning, kl 13, med tid för tidig lunch eller sovmorgon.

Here you will find Kanalmagasinet, where you can have a good dinner in summer, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
