I den vackra Sörmländska landsbygden på väg 223 mellan Nyköping och Björnlunda finns lilla stugan på gården Uvsta Östergården. Stugan finns på en gammal liten lantgård där vi idag driver ett café. Där har vi loppis och butik med inredning för hem och trädgård. Cafét serverar lättare luncher och har goa bakverk. Frukost finns att köpa i cafét. Mysig trädgård som man ser ut över åkrarna. Bagarstuga är en äldre charmig stuga på 35 kvm från 1800 talet med vacker utsikt över fälten. Lågt i tak!

Välkommen till vår hästgård i vackra Kiladalen, där du bor i egen modern lägenhet med öppen planlösning. Vi har 4 hästar och 3 små hundar som springer fritt på gården. Parkering finns på gården och möjlighet att ladda din elbil. Gångavstånd till Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golfklubb (1 km) och Flygplatsen Skavsta (4 km). 5 km till Nyköpings Centrum. På bv finns komplett kök med matplats för 4 pers, kokplatta, kyl/frys, micro med grill, 3 sits-soffa med tv, dubbelsäng, dusch. På öv dubbelsäng. Rökfritt.

Stuga vid havet med pool och nytt bubbelbad

Denna gamla mysiga stuga är snart nyrenoverad, lite kvar utomhus. Nu finns ett nytt fint kök, badrum samt ytterligare ett sovrum med två enkelsängar. Det finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med kamin. Vi har en bubbelpool året runt för 6 pers samt en uppvärmd pool sommartid, ca v24-32. En gäststuga med två sängar. Elbilsuttag. Några hundra meter bort en badbrygga med stege och sandstrand. Här kan ni finna lugnet i naturskön omgivning med havet inpå knuten och skapa nya fina minnen.

Härligt stort hus nära havet

Perfekta huset för det större sällskapet som vill ha nära till hav och kunna njuta av tid ihop i stor trädgård och fin uteplats med sol från morgon till kväll. Tomten till huset är i anslutning till en småbåtshamn där en fin båtramp för att kunna sjösätta egen båt finns. Klipp och strandbad nära. Oxelösund är en fantastisk skärgårds stad med många guldkorn att besöka. Bra kommunikationer med motorväg enda till Oxelösund. 10 min med bil till Nyköping och endast 1 timme till Stockholm.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.
