Clean, spacious place with only a short walk to downtown Arkansas City. The hosts were incredibly responsive and courteous.

Very quiet and comfortable. The house was in a nice neighborhood, easy access to the college and downtown. Ok for walking - if you are good with distances. I really appreciated that the house was not sterile white - very cozy.

We were visiting our daughter in Winfield and happened on to Tracie’s beautiful apartment. Our granddaughter spent the night with us, and we enjoyed a nice walk to the College Hill Coffee Shop the following day. That evening, we visited the Ladybird Brewery with friends. There is so much to do within walking distance. The apartment is relaxing and immaculately clean. Oh, my daughters also got massages downstairs at the Rejuvv Med Spa, best ever! We will be back!

Thank you for the well stocked house & kitchen. We didn’t want for anything. Thanks for coffee, laundry tabs, water, soap, TP, storage and trash bags. It’s was truly the best stocked Air BnB we’ve ever been in. We’ve left a few things to pay it forward to show our appreciation. The beds were comfy and snuggly. Super clean and adorable home. Outside space was very nice. Great communication with host. Thank you for sharing your space. We highly recommend this Air BnB to anyone. It’s one of the top three we’ve stayed in, in little old Winfield, KS.
