The apartment is situated at the foot of a large Victorian house and has been refurbished in the style of a cosmopolitan seaside holiday home. There is ample off-road parking. Liverpool City Centre is only short drive or bus journey away with a host of tourist attractions.

A spacious and stylish family home. in a very upmarket sought after location. 10 Minutes from the tunnel into Liverpool city centre and only 5 minutes from rail links into Liverpool city centre. This two storey house comfortably sleeps 14 Adults, there are four bedrooms one with an en-suite, each room has fitted wardrobes. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely patio area with a nice sized garden. The house has an electric gated driveway with off street parking for four cars.
